Shipping commitment. No contract will be entered into between you and us in relation to any product until your order has been accepted by us. To place an order, you must follow the online purchase procedure and click on “Authorize payment”. After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the “OrderConfirmation”). All orders are subject to our acceptance, which will be informed through an email in which we confirm that the product is being sent (the “Confirmation of Shipment”). The commitment to send a product between you and us (the”Contract”) will be formalized only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
Payment Methods. Once you have made your purchases, all the items you want to buy will be added to your basket and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. The prices that appear on the website are those that apply at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect the orders we have accepted. Information errors can occur from time to time (errors in prices, spelling and others). During the order confirmation process we verify the prices. Information and shipping conditions. If the piece you have selected is in stock, it will be sent to you within 5 working days from the date of purchase. If we have to create it, we will send it to you in a minimum period of 2 and maximum 5 weeks (delivery to courier company). Review of products. If the packaging is damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Without prejudice to your legal rights, you are responsible for inspecting the product and notifying us of any complaint. In the case of defective products or disagreement with your request, you have the option to return the defective product and we will refund the purchase price and all shipping costs
Intellectual property. The use of this website and the purchase contracts of products through this website will be ruled by the Spanish legislation.
Any litigation related to the use of this website or with the already mentioned contracts will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
