As each piece is made artisanally, availability may vary depending on the model and the size. To confirm the availability of a specific size, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What happens if the size is not correct?
The possibility of resizing or exchanging a piece must be assessed individually in each case, within 14 days from receipt. For further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Can pieces from the collections be personalised?
Yes. All Mademoiselle Coline pieces can be personalised. The desired metal can be chosen and, if wished, stones can also be set. If you would like a version different from the one presented, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What does the Custom Made service involve?
The Custom Made service allows you to create a unique Custom Made piece, artisanally handcrafted. The process can begin from one of the brand’s pieces, from an idea, or from an inspiration, and develops through personal contact with the creator.
Can an appointment be arranged to create a Custom Made piece?
Yes. The atelier is open by appointment for the creation of personalised pieces.

What payment methods are accepted?
This website offers secure online payment methods with MasterCard, VISA, American Express, PayPal, and Klarna. If you prefer, you can also contact us to make a payment via bank transfer or Bizum.
Is it possible to pay in instalments?
Yes. It is possible to pay in instalments with Klarna. Payment can be split into 3 interest-free instalments. More information can be found in the option shown next to the product.
How long does shipping take if the piece is available?
If the selected piece is available, it will be shipped within 5 business days. Check availability and delivery times.
What are the shipping costs?
Peninsula Spain, Andorra and Portugal: free shipping. Europe Zone 1: €15. Europe Zone 2: €25. Non-European Union countries: €35.
Are taxes or customs charges included outside the European Union?
For countries belonging to the European Union, product prices include 21% VAT (Value Added Tax of Spain). The local taxes of Andorra, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are not included.
